My family and I took a trip across the northern half of the United States and had a month long stay in Idaho (beautiful country out there, really). Afterwords, we took a path south through the Nevada desert and to Las Vegas. Upon growing weary of the niceties in Las Vegas we began the trip home. A mere 200 miles away was Grand Canyon Village. That is where we stopped and took in the amazing vistas and history of the place.
My wife and daughter certainly enjoyed the view as did I.
